  • FEET ORTHOTICS

    These are used to manage a variety of foot problems such as:

    Heel spurs, Plantar fasciitis, shin splints, collapsed arches (over pronation), metatarsalgia, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, paediatric Sever’s disease and diabetic foot problems.

  • PARTIAL FOOT PROSTHESIS

    This is provided for clients who have had toe and forefoot amputations.

  • AFOs (ankle-foot orthosis)

    Gold Coast Orthotics manufactures various types of AFOs for the paediatric and adult population.  These include traditional polypropylene AFOs, Carbon fibre AFOs and the latest 3D Printed AFOs.

    AFOs can be used to manage a variety of orthopaedic and neuromuscular disorders including:

    Osteoarthritic joints of the lower limb

    Cerebral palsy

    Spinal cord and head injury conditions

    Foot drop

    Peripheral Neuropathic conditions

    Paediatric conditions such as low muscle tone eg:autistic spectrum disorders and global developmental delay.

  • Piro 3D PRINTED AFOS (ankle-foot orthosis)

    Gold Coast Orthotics is a certified and authorised provided of the latest in 3D printed AFOs.

  • CROWs (Charcot Restraint Orthotic Walker)

    CROWs are used to manage severe ankle and foot instability as well as peripheral neuropathic deformities.

  • UCBLS

    UCBLs are a specific type of custom made foot orthosis and may be used to manage rearfoot instability and severe heel spur conditions.

  • SMOs (Supramalleolar Orthoses)

    SMOs provide more extensive foot and ankle complex support by fully encapsulating the rearfoot and ankle joint as well as the midfoot.

  • Piro 3D Printed SMOs (Supramalleolar Orthoses)

  • KNEE BRACES

    We offer custom made and pre-fabricated knee braces which may be used to manage conditions such as osteoarthritic degeneration of the knee, ligament instability and instability related to spinal cord conditions.

  • KAFO (knee - ankle - foot orthosis)

    We currently offer custom made carbon fibre specialty KAFOs

  • HAND AND WRIST SPLINTS

    We offer custom made wrist and hand splints for specific applications
